Got new laptop,what all to setup now?

I just bought a tuf a15 which comes with a 240w 16AMP charging brick and 16AMPs plugs are not that common least in my country so can I charge this laptop with a Oneplus's 100 watt mobile charger via it's pd port?

Meet Duggu a Cane corso by DNA and a Golden by attitude. My dog is 10 months old and still doesn’t have any guardian instincts, i was wondering if he will develop any protective instincts later or will stay like this. I have owned few dobermans and rotts and they all were protective at a young age.

My Puppy Duggu is 5 months old and weighs 30kg/66Lbs and i saw a growth chart and as per that he should weigh around 23kg/50Lbs so i am a bit worried cause the deviation is a lot and should i reduce his diet or stay on the same diet?
