I'm using a cracked copy of Vegas 13 on Windows 10 with an AMD Radeon graphics card, & looking it up both here & on Google hasn't worked because I don't know what this problem is CALLED, all I know is that my greenscreen background keeps going all Max Headroom mode for single-frame flashes.
