I got out of rehab 11 days ago, I was there for 10 weeks. I found 3 temazepams in my drawer today, no idea where they came from. I was gonna snort them with my prescription anxiety meds but I thought about it and flushed them down the toilet.

Anyone else repeating things in shows to remember what happened? If something happens to a character I will repeat it multiple times through out the episode to remind my self so I don’t forget. I have bipolar and anxiety could it be one of these ? I also take Lamictal.
