Why do almost all of my plants get these crispy leafs? Humidity issue? They get filtered water, but we live in a house made of wood so the humidity rarely gets over ~50%.

Strong wine cellar smell, tub is not fruiting. Does anyone know what the issue could be? There's no contam for me to see, but the other tubs have made their 2nd flush while this one just colonizes and smells lol.
