I just got a parking citation in Fontana and I was wondering what the envelope that they send home after you get the ticket looks like

I’m a freshman planning to take BILD4; however, webreg says there’s a waitlist. The enroll button doesn’t say “waitlist” though... does that mean I can still enroll without being put on the waitlist? Or will it change at my appointment time in 2 hours
