Fidelity chooses to offer a service which is an alternative to a traditional Checking account and advertises it for that purpose, so they shouldn't be locking people temporarily or permanently for using that feature / product exactly as it intended to be used. If they only wanted it to be used for rollover checks from other assets from accounts in your name at other FIs, they should document it as such. I would be livid if Fidelity either blocked my account temporary or for life for depositing a legitimate check written out to me.

Thank you for understanding my frustration! Fortunately, I don’t have any major bills being paid from my Fidelity account, but it’s still unbelievably frustrating that they did this. I’m mostly annoyed by their “guilty until proven innocent” approach, especially at my expense.

Go get medallion signature, and a letter saying it was reimbursement for moving expenses. Show them that and ask them to unlock your account.

Looks like that might be the only way forward. It’s a hassle, and they also told me they only accept the documents by mail or something so that’s going to take time too. I really liked using Fidelity so I’m pretty upset this all happened.

I like your thinking! iMark really doesn’t have any residual love for Gemma, while she was clearly extra fond of him in the Miss Casey sessions, and took his hand in Cold Harbor. So, her chip test failed. Mark’s barrier held. I wonder if they’ll take Mark down to the testing floor and what level of hell Devon will unleash if that happens.

I think the restaurant scene with Helena E. hinted at the direction the show was headed. She had just slept with iMark and then approached oMark, but the barrier held firm when she did. Since oMark had no connection to her or feelings for her, maybe that was her own way of testing the limits of the barrier?
