There's a stage play from 2021 called "The Visiting Hour" which is basically Eurovision fanfiction if it got adapted into a stage play - the main character is a man who finished second place in (presumably) Eurovision 1974 (based on him referencing Katie Boyle, who hosted the contest's 1974 edition)
