Take things slowly! Its all very overwhelming but what's helped me is just taking things day by day. The realisation that you might have this condition is hard but finding out early and young is the absolute best case scenario.

Thank you so much for everything, i will try to dry brushing mine ! I already do sport (i swim 2 time/week) and try to diet a little but that's very not for me (it makes me very sad) so your comment is a light of hope for me ! i am a college student atm and i have another condition so finding medication rigth now is difficult for me, so again thank you a lot !

Swimming is great exercise!! Don't be put off by opinions that says you should keep to low impact exercise. If it feels good for your body then do it.

Please don't think about that anymore. Be confident and if you want all these anxiety problems to stop, unfortunately, you have to practice to improve. Everything will be better, I'm sure your classmates will forget, and if they don't, believe me, they are really stupid.
