Worth sending in to grade?

Most vintage cards aren't worth grading unless you can get at least a 7 for the grade (assuming that you are grading to increase the value). It's hard to tell without seeing the backs of these cards, since whiting plays a significant factor in grades, but here are my thoughts:

I went through my cards and found the ones in the best condition. However, most of my holo cards have lines/scratches on them. How badly will this affect its grading? Only my blaine's charizard and zapdos have minimal marks.
