Sorry wasn’t expecting this post to get any more responses. They still have not resolved my complaint and are dodging responsibility left and right. They completely ignored my distress and mental health decline and refuse to own up for their mistakes saying it was “a clinical decision”. And when i ask by who and why they can’t reply because the person im talking to isn’t a clinician. But never follow up from that. So safe to say it is still a shitshow :)

A shared care agreement should form a mini contract, it should explain the process for how either side (You, GP or your private specialist) can pull out of the agreement and what the process is

Yes i got the whole document :) I just meant that that was what was said about the medication. there is a lot of other things mentioned but it specifically mentions the NICE guidelines, which they did not follow.
