My body rejected Zoloft second time around - has anyone else experienced this?

I am consistently weighing 152-153 which is up a little from my weight tracking at the end of last year. I’m very concerned. I have started exercising again but I want to know if I’m overly concerned.

When will my orgasm come back? I’ve been off of 20 mgs for two days (my last dose being 5 mgs)? I’ve heard it can take weeks?

Did anyone have a side effect of losing orgasm on this medication?

I have decided to change jobs and for 4 months at least I will be commuting for 50 mins each way until I move and then I will be commuting only 30. Is this doable for just the 4-5 months?

Temporarily commuting 50 mins each way to work. I need some encouragement.
