So I managed to get the Vaadwaur Cluster Torpedo Mk X, and it says Brigadier General, (which I am (Lvl 43)), but for some reason I can’t equip it on my Vo’Quv Carrier. Help?

So I’ve ran into this issue: Suspect gives fake ID, insurance card info is the same as the fake ID, so I arrest for both Fake ID, and Fake insurance, and get points taken away for fake insurance. Why?
