This terrible horrible racket disturbs the peace at my house for hours a day. My neighbor has loud parrots in a cage forty feet from my house. chicken coops are really close too. The birds scream and honk and whistle, and the chickens cluck and crow and cackle. All. Day. Literally ruining my life.
