The boil next to my clit was ripe enough, when I poked it with a needle I got shocked. I couldn't figure out if it was a cyst or not but as I squeezed it small pieces came out which I think were the cyst wall. Most of the pain is gone. It was one of the most painful things I've ever experienced.
