Is $2.2k - $2.5k the new norm for renting a house or duplex? Is making over $100k/yr also the new norm/average to not live in an apartment in this town? Smaller surrounding towns aren’t much better. Fam of 4 here. Paying for full time day care for 1 kid and we have a dog.
