Three kings leaves yellow and die. Last time I lost the whole plant. Thought it was a fluke, but it started again with this new one. All my other Syngoniums are fine. Treated for pests just in case. East window, in a plastic orchid pot watered about once a week. What’s wrong?

Both of these were sold to me as “pink splash”. The second one I believe, but can anyone ID the first one?

Hoya Australis “Lisa” has some leaves that look like this. I don’t see any pests but treated with Captain Jack’s Dead Bug Spray. Any idea what is doing this?
