How to handle secret caitliff bane?

Sorry new ST here, i have a character in an upcoming chronicle who will be a secret caitliff, so no one knows they're clanless. But if no one knows they're clanless, the suspect flaw and dice penalty feel pointless.

I've talked to others and they've said I could homebrew a bane for them (but keep the x6 for disciplines), any suggestions?
