Lost Ghostblade in Bloodchill Manor on Switch. Is it possible to get it back?

I collected Ghostblade and placed it on a weapon rack. I did a few quests, returned to the weapon room, and it completely disappeared. I even loaded a few prior saves, and it's also gone! I'm using the Switch console. Is it possible to retrieve it back in any manner, even including glitches, or is it gone forever?
