Best options for backup knowledge?

Been thinking a lot on how many books of information there are, and the best way to store it digitally. Yes I have dozens of paper copy books because that's what will last,, but don't have a ton of physical storage space. I could just learn it all, but it's a lot easier to have the resource.

I'd also want a single source I could take with me in the go bag for temporary relocation if needed.

I have thought to download the entirety of Wikipedia, among hundreds of survival books, maps, medical books, mechanical, how tos for my current vehicle and equipment, food preservation, electrical, plumbing, whatever you want, even tons for pleasure reading and to pass the time. Basically anything you could need for various stages of emergency.

I could set up a raspberry PI, but then I'd need to have a router setup and everything powered off a battery block, and I lose the mobile aspect.

I could get a massive micro SD card for my phone and laptop, and plug it into it when I need that info, but in worst case scenario, my phone breaks, I'd still want a separate resource to use it. "One is none and two is one"

I could get a tablet and do the same thing, I'd then place it in an emergency faraday cage, or something just to have it as a resource. It's also easier to charge a tablet off a simple gold up solar panel, and then it's completely mobile.

Anyway, I'm sure im not the first person to think of this. If there is another reddit string this has been discussed on, please link it, or has anyone set up anything similar? What kind of tablet/ setup did you use? What kind of other resources do you have on it?

EDIT: I did stumble on this previous post with a lot of great resources. A little outdated. but not bad! https://www.reddit.com/r/preppers/comments/c3qi9k/guide_portable_data_storage_for_preppers/
