Help Needed: Need to adjust the headlight beams on my 2022 Premium Hatchback

I've soured YouTube and this subreddit for any help with headlamp adjustment for my 3. I found one post where the same question was asked, but didn't really get a good answer.

Got the car last year and the beams were just a bit too high. We'd get people flashing brights at us multiple times a night. Finally took it to the dealer to adjust them and now they're aimed too low... way too low.

The 2022 doesn't have the option in the settings menu to adjust from the interior. Does anyone know if you can adjust them mechanically from the assembly itself, or do I need to go back to the dealer?
