Can I block out the difference between 3.75mm and 4mm??

I'm knitting the terracotta sweater, using Isager yarn and Drops mohair for the main colour, and charity shop finds for the orange, both of which are also natural fibres. The pattern starts off on 4mm needles and then for the textured bit you switch to 3.5mm- whilst I had the sweater on those, I lost my 4mm 🥲 Lets operate on the assumption they're too difficult to replace for now- however I have 3.75mm needles and I'm wondering whether I can use those for the 4mm bits and then hopefully get whatever wonkiness there is to adjust when I block? I'll probably do this anyways regardless of what the good ppl on Reddit say, lmao, I just want to see if that kind of thing has worked out for anyone else and if the difference is as negligible as I think it'll be.
