Titles / Generators pane doesn't work!

I don't know why but my Title / Generator tab doesn't work correctly.
I click on it, it becomes blue.... and if I'm lucky I can see title/generators main link.
Trying to open titles or generators list, it show every think I have but inside is empty. Completely empty.

Sometimes is impossible to switch from this panel to others.... What happened?
