High intensity games crash after 20-30 mins, OCCT says i have thousands of errors on my physical core

Hello! For context I built my pc a few days ago and it seemed fine, everything was running good, no crashes on games like league or apex legends or even programs, until I decided to run a few intensive games like total war troy and the witcher 3 on ultra, it would crash the game (the pc would still be on) after about half an hour.

I looked around and saw I could stress test to see what the problem was, I ran OCCT on my cpu and gpu, there were no errors on my gpu but my cpu had literally thousands of errors saying stuff like “(5) Errors found on physical core #1 - logical core #3”

This is my first time building a pc and I’m very worried if I might have messed up installing my cpu during the build. Can anyone help me what to do next, I believe I haven’t overclocked anything that could cause this

Here are my specs CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 GPU: Radeon RX 7800 XT Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB 5200mH Mobo: Asus Prime b650 m-a II Storage: PNY CS1031 M.2 PSU: 1st player steampunk 750w gold modular psu
