Norovirus or Wegovy Side Effects?

I have been vomiting for the past few hours non-stop. There’s nothing left in my stomach. I am having lower abdominal cramps & diarrhea. It’s been hell. I threw up yesterday morning but felt fine after. I just got my second dose at the second level of Wegovy today, nausea started shortly after. I thought it was from the Wegovy, but Norovirus is going around my area and has the same symptoms.
How do y’all tell the difference? Also any advice to stop the vomiting is greatly appreciated.
