Canceling my process and replying ?

Hi, I have applied for my green card in February 2022, the last update I got was June 2022, after this I have remained without ANY,ZERO, updates. I got my work permit and SSN on January 2023, and that was it. We have tried senator and congressman help but they say my case remains on the timeline…. I am married to an American citizen, I don’t know what else to think besides replying. Have anyone done this? I need help
