Is this normal?
For context, I am a 23 year old male, 6 foot 3, 205 pounds. I train twice a day, cardio in the mornings (12-15 3 min rounds of bag work, assault bike 300 watts plus for 30 mins etc), and weights in the evening. My resting heart rate is at around 35 bpm. I have no symptoms and I feel physically fit when I train etc. I’ve had echocardiograms which were fine etc.
(For context today was a rest day hence the low max heart rate).
