Looking for help - consistent failures after 7 attempts

I hope you are well.

I have been struggling to print anything with my elegoo mars 3. I am currently using the water washable grey resin.

I have previously been able to get reasonably consistent prints, however for my several attempts, at least 90% of my print attempts have failed. I have tried releveling the print bed using the paper technique, I have fully cleaned out the resin tank (including doing the full tank clean), I have looked at the recommeneded settings for the resin, alternate settings and tried using presupported models or supporting myself.

Almost every time the model is stuck to the resin tank.

Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated, I don't know if im going wrong with one particular section of the process or not.
