Anyone had problems with B&Q
So we ordered 2 of the same wardrobe at the weekend, got an email to say they’ll be delivered today, which they were, I thought it seemed like not very much for the size they are, the driver checked and confirmed this was all he had for us. He went on his was, I eagerly disposed of the old bedrooom furniture to have space to build the new. Opened box 1 to find side panels and 3 shelves, opened box 2 to find the same. So quite clearly missing well over half of each so presumably at least 2 more boxes in total.
Call Center have been very little help they said oh what’s missing what do you need? It can be delivered some time in January which I abruptly rejected and told I need it delivered asap. This was raised with their back office so now I just have to wait.
It’s not an item stocked in store so my local store can’t help.
So now our bedroom is an absolute car crash currently, I was hoping to have it all ready for Xmas.
Does anybody have any guidance on who else we can try and phone etc?
