Remove every person without a mic

So sick of dying because idiots insist on playing a team based squad game with no damn mics. Just spent over a minute warning my team that another team had pulled up, and neither had a mic and we got wiped since they could not coordinate. And this stupid crap keeps happening. And if not remove them, they should force them to only run solo.
