Fetal abduction refers to the crime of child abduction by kidnapping of an at term pregnant woman and extraction of her fetus via a crude C-section. It has also been referred to as "fetus abduction" or "fetal kidnapping". The crime typically starts off with the lie that the perpetrator is pregnant.
