Jeffrey Baldwin, 5, was taken in by his grandparents after his parents abused him. They confined him to a locked, unheated bedroom where he was forced to urinate & defecate on the floor. He was made to drink from the toilet. He eventually died from pneumonia after starvation & severe abuse.
