How do you know that is is stage one if you did not have surgery yet? I mean, how do the doctors know? Because all of my tests before surgery were clear, no endo at all and then in surgery I was diagnosed with stage 3 when they saw what they are dealing with. However I always think if the symptoms are messing with your daily life you should go for it.

I had a diagnostic lap in 2021 which showed very minimal endo (nothing was excised) and my surgeon said that if they do an excision surgery i will only have superficial endo and it wont be likely to do very much symptom wise. the symptoms are definitely impact my everyday life🥲 and ive tried pelvic physio, medication, nerve blocks and botox, chiro, acupuncture etc with no relief

Oh I see. Endo sucks, I know. It is ultimately your decision, it has been 4 years so if your symptoms are getting crazy it might have spread. I would do it if I were you. But mine is pretty agressive so I am biased haha.

I think I want to do it, just worried Im making the wrong decision since my surgeon said the recovery will be rough since I already have severe pelvic pain but if its going to give me at least a few years of relief i think it would be worth it

i have this one and it is good, i find the battery life is quite short but while its on it definitely helps. the heat is quite concentrated in one area and cant be adjusted so sometimes feels a little burny but not unbearable 🙂
