Uliana doesn't work as a villain bc she's not threatening, She's just a high school bully. Maleficent was a THREAT, Uma was a THREAT, Audrey was a THREAT and she even almost died at the end. Descendants 4 has dark elements but still feels much more kidder than the OG 3 movies to me tone and all
