When you’re building decks are you normally the type to care about the rarity of your cards?

Basically do you aim to get the highest rarity of every card you’re gonna play or do you get the cheapest copies you can find? Like commons or bust. For me I’d say I’m in the middle. I’m not exactly after the rarest most expensive cards in a deck I’m building, but I like shiny things and want my deck to still look nice. I normally look for the nicest option that’s still at an affordable price. Like if the difference between a secret or ultra from a common or rare is between 50¢-$2, that’s worth it in my book. Basically anything besides a common if available or affordable. But if I have commons of staples lying around, I’m fine using those in the meantime. What preference do you guys have?
