Is YouTube really bluffing?

I am one among thos who received a mail regarding how they'll cancel my subscription if I don't provide a valid payment method for my country i subbed it in. As it's visible in the picture I'm subbed in the Ukraine for 99UAH/month which equals to roughly 2.19$/month or 4.41BAM/month for my country.

Am I the only one whose subscription continued or are there people whose subscription got cancelled?

I'm subbed from the 1st every month and now it lasts till Jan/1st.
