Comments not visible

Ok in the past id get a comment here an there that i couldn't see but since the beginning of this year im getting loads of comments ice responded to on videos i watched that are completely invisible but others can see them,even my own will either stay or disappear,ive done literally everything i can do to try an fix it but nothing works, anyone else having this issue or is it just me?
