I want to start a YouTube channel contacting singing.

I have a little experience of playing guitar so I would like to play it once a while but mostly sing with tracks and hopefully create my own songs one day. I'm very nervous and I don't want to reveal my identity. How do I start a channel. Will I have no attention due to my anonymous profile. What if people can't relate to me.. I'm nervous but I am 20 of age and I want to start now or I feel like it'll get more delayed if I don't. I'm a beginner to social media handling and I have a mobile to regularly edit and post. I wish I gain success in YouTube. Please advise.
