Youtube Shorts Ending About 1-2 Seconds Early

Around 1-2 months ago i was watching shorts on my PS5 when i noticed something was off with the end of the shorts the person would be talking and mid sentence and the short suddenly repeat and when i watched the same shorts on a different device they fully finished talking this happens on EVERY SINGLE SHORT no exceptions has anyone else encountered this and if so, is there a fix?
