Save to playlist button stopped working

I got a weird bug. Save to playlist button stopped working. It's still there, a lot of people had the issue of it disappearing in the past but in my case it just doesn't show up the playlists to save the video, it just doesn't do anything. Weirdest part is, this seems to be tied to my account, i checked on another PC without any plugins and on different browsers but the results are the same.

Did anyone ever get this bug and found a possible solution?

The only playlist option that works for me right now is when i click the three dots for the recommended videos and add to "Watch later".

Edit: both the playlist and comments issue, mentioned below by couple of people, seem to have been suddenly resolved. Or it just fixed itself for me.
