Youtube Premium Family Account Issues

My Father recently changed his YouTube premium subscription to a family plan and when I tried to accept the invite, it kept on saying that I couldn't join because we are in different countries. We are currently in the same country and I've even gone into the settings and made sure we both were set to UAE for the location but it still refuses to work, can anyone help?
