When do Transactions on Linked Accounts show up? It’s been a week….

Hi! I have been using YNAB for a little over a week and have linked about 10 accounts and had to manually add one due to no integration. For all the linked accounts, no transactions are updating? Each one says last updated today, but the balances never update and no transactions show. So I’m manually adding every single transaction for every single account which has become extremely time consuming.

I contacted support and haven’t heard back yet. Is this normal? I had the exact same issue with Monarch during their free trial (and no support) which is one reason I joined YNAB. Both my husband and I assume it must be user error, but we have investigated and can’t figure out what the issue is.

Has this ever happened to anyone before? We are hoping to hear back from support soon….
