Exercises that you just can’t do?
Not because you’re not strong enough but for other reasons.
I’ve really recently been struggling with the leg curl machine because the pressure on my bladder from lying on my front (even when it’s empty) is so unbelievably uncomfortable i can never finish a set.
I also can’t hip thrust, it makes me so lightheaded even with 0 weight and it just does not feel safe for me at all.
I’m intrigued to know if anyone else has one they’d love to do but just can’t!
