I was always under the opinion that eany and meanie go back into Maggot after eating

I haven’t read a lot of Maggot stories in a very long time but I always thought after Eenie and meanie after consuming whatever they were consuming, they returned back to maggot’s body like inside his body. They don’t stay outside of it and maybe I’m reading too much fanfiction, but that’s how I thought his powers worked
