What kind of weapons could Sinister create for his mutant organ arsenal?

So I was re-reading Immortal X-men, which introduced a fascinating concept I wish they had done more with, namely Sinister using mutant organs to isolate mutant powers and use them as weapons, such as Cyclops's eyes as a blaster. That got me thinking about what other types of powers he could isolate and turn into weapons in this way?
