Blurry?

New x100vi user. Took some photos today that looked good as far as I could tell on the screen but when I got them to my phone they’re definitely blurry. My shutter speed, ISO, and aperture are all on A. Exposure mostly 0 or +0.5. Anyone have advice on how to fix?
