Lifting Weights For The First Time!!
I already have visible muscle on my arms and strength too. My goal is to get even more of it on my arms. Im male idk if that matters. Im wondering if anybody can help with really anything since im just starting. What I Have:
A pair of 15 pound rubber hex dumbbells.
One random 2 pound neoprene dumbbell.
A pair of 8 pound neoprene dumbbells.
A pair of 12 pound neoprene dumbbells.
A pair of 10 pound cast iron hex dumbbells.
One 15 pound kettlebell.
One random 20 pound rubber hex dumbbell.
A pair of 5 pound dumbbells
A pair of 4 pound dumbbells
What should be my weekly workout session, is there any free online sources I can use to help me? Thanks
