0% salary raise

I am a software engineer working for a organization since last 2 years. I usually overwork and gives my deliverables on time. Never missed a deadline.

On my first year completion, I got 0% raise. At that time, CEO himself told that market is bad and company is not doing well. So that most of the employees got 0% raise. I can understand the reason behind 0% raise.

But now, company is in profit and few months ago, my manager also said that everyone is getting good raises.

And now I feel like betrayed and humiliated considering the amount of work Im doing. My mind is frozen and I am sad. I don't know what to do😔
