Does this router bit exist? (3/8" spiral upcut bit with 1/4" shank)

I want to make one of these things but I would really prefer to use my Bosch palm router, which doesn't take a shank over 1/4".

I guess the alternative would be to use a 1/4" bit but I would be worried that the groove would be too narrow. What do you guys think?
