I bought a jar of hot foot powder

I’ve been dealing with some very loud and obnoxious neighbors that have been ruining my mental health and I just had to get them out. I bought a jar a of hot foot powder and only have half a clue on what I should do.

I know I should 1. Have some sort of protection 2. Not touch the powder with my bare hands 3. Don’t look back at where youve placed it after youve placed the powder on a spot

These are a brief summary of the things I understand. I research more and more and end up with lots of different results so I am struggling on how I should do this spell. Help??
