3 days post op

hi everyone! i just started irrigating today and im not sure if im hitting the sites correctly. i still have 3 out of 4 of my stitches in so that might be why, but when i press the medicine out, it just feels a little cold and tender. that is a good sign but im still really anxious about getting dry socket so i wanted to make sure. i just had 2 crackers and no cracker crumbs came out in my spit when i flushed it, so i think that’s good?
